I’m back! Took a short break from blogging because I wasn’t feeling “inspired” and storm Nemo last week really threw me off my schedule! But now I’m back – back to feeling like myself.
I wanted to do another funfetti recipe because I had half a box of the funfetti cake mix left from the chocolate truffles that I made last time. Then I randomly found this: Funfetti Cake Batter Recipe and ended up making the funfetti batter from scratch. Because I ran out of all-purpose flour, I used the self-rising flour that I had at home. They came out more like brownies but still tasty! I ended up storing them in the freezer ane they really did last a long time.
